One of the founder’s main goals in creating Naya Mizaaj was to serve petite women who are often overlooked by standard sizing. Inspired by her own experience of altering even the smallest sizes, she wanted to create thoughtfully proportioned clothing that fits from the start.
This isn’t about exclusion; it’s about finally including a community that has long been underserved.
Delivery Timeline
Eid Delivery Notice
All orders are dispatched one week before Eid. Orders placed during the week before Eid will be delivered after Eid, as we prioritize timely delivery for all existing orders.
Regular Delivery Timeframe
Your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving order confirmation from our sales advisor.
Once you receive a message from us confirming that your order has been dispatched, please note:
- Local deliveries take up to 1–2 business days
- International deliveries can take up to 6-10 business days
Please Note: If we do not receive your payment screenshot along with your order number within 1–2 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
Refund and Exchanges
Any outfit purchased from us can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided it is in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
- Size issue — not applicable for custom orders
- Manufacturing defect
Please DM us with your order number and reason for exchange. Once we receive the item back, we will send the exchange as soon as possible, if the required size or outfit is available in stock.
Note: Delivery charges will be the customer's responsibility.
