At Naya Mizaaj, we want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t go as planned, our return and exchange policies are designed to be clear, transparent, and fair.

Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after we receive your payment screenshot.
  • Dispatch Notification: You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch and may take 8–10 working days during Eid and other peak periods.
  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across Pakistan.
  • International Orders: Are accepted through Instagram DMs.
  • Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: We accept return requests within 48 hours of delivery, provided the outfit is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made outfits are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • How to Initiate a Return: To request a return or exchange, please send us a DM with your order number and the reason for your request. We will then share the instructions for returning your package.
  • Exchanges: Standard-size outfits may be exchanged for another available size or a different available outfit in your required size. Exchanges are subject to availability and can only be processed once the original item has been received.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the item received has a manufacturing defect or is faulty. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method after the required bank details or payment information are provided.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to size exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
